1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Pitch4Power ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and services (the "Services"), including booking private baseball pitching instruction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
2. Services Provided Pitch4Power offers private baseball pitching instruction, training resources, and other related services. All instruction is provided by qualified coaches and trainers. Services may be booked through our Site, subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.
3. Eligibility To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments for lessons and training sessions must be made in advance through the approved payment methods on our Site.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver By participating in Pitch4Power training sessions, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks involved in baseball training, including but not limited to injuries, physical strain, and accidents. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Pitch4Power, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities.
6. Code of Conduct Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when interacting with Pitch4Power coaches, staff, and other participants. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property All content provided on the Site, including training materials, videos, graphics, and text, is the property of Pitch4Power and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications to Services and Terms Pitch4Power reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Site and Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
